Competitor Analysis shows With a built-up between 926 and 1,227 sq ft, One Cochrane Residences will cost approximately RM950 per sq ft with unit prices starting from RM880,000. The entire development is primed as low-density residences made up of 448 units and only 5 to 7 units per floor spread across two 37 storey tower blocks. There will be 4 lifts serving each floor (excluding one dedicated service lift). Although the price PSF is slightly higher, the project does boast a freehold residential title. This feature is an added plus as most of the newly launched residential projects now invoke commercial titles due to land scarcity in Kuala Lumpur.
